We begin our production process with the method phase, where we determine the most efficient and accurate way to cast the part based on the customer's request. As a result of the simulation study, we verify the design of the gating and feeding system required for the part's production.

We start the model production based on the casting data created from the customer's request. Whether it’s made of styrofoam for small batches or wood or aluminum for larger ones, we ensure a smooth transition to the casting and machining stages with accurate and efficient model production processes.
Model Shop

We carefully prepare the molds in the initial phase to ensure high-quality and efficient casting. Using Alfaset resin sand molding, we mold parts up to 20 tons from styrofoam or wooden models with our experienced team, maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Molding

We carefully manage the melting process to prepare metal components according to the highest quality standards. After melting the metal in our furnaces, we ensure the liquid metal meets the proper temperature and chemical analysis controls before moving on to the next production stage.
Melting
We separate the feeders, runners, and riser sections from the cast parts and ensure surface cleaning. Through heat treatment, we enhance the metal’s structure and quality. Depending on customer requests, we apply industrial painting techniques to increase durability and improve aesthetics.
Cleaning & Grinding

In machining, one of the key stages of production, we process high-precision parts using CNC lathes, borwerg, and vertical machining centers based on customer requirements. With our modern machines, we maintain maximum dimensional accuracy to deliver the highest quality to our clients.
