About Us

Method Engineering

We begin the production process by selecting the most efficient casting method based on the customer’s request. After a simulation, we verify the design of the gating and feeder systems.

Model Making

We create the casting data based on customer needs and start model manufacturing. We can use styrofoam for small quantities, or wood and aluminum for larger runs.

Melting

We carefully control the melting process to ensure the highest quality standards. After melting, we control the temperature and perform chemical analysis before casting.

Molding

We prepare the molds carefully to ensure accurate measurements and surface quality. Using Alfaset resin sand molding, we mold up to 20-ton pieces.

Cleaning & Grinding

After casting, we remove feeders, gating, and risers, then clean the surface. We also apply heat treatment and industrial painting to improve quality and aesthetics.

Machining

We process high-precision parts on CNC lathes and machining centers based on customer requirements, ensuring maximum dimensional accuracy.
